This will probably be the shortest movie review I have ever done.
I went to see it because it was 3-D and no other reason. If that is your only reason, you will find it to be enjoyable because they did a really good job with the 3-D effects. If you are looking for anything else, don't waste your time or your money. Before you judge me too harshly, I like kids' movies probably more than the average adult does, but this movie was way too cutesy even for me. There was too much baby-talk going on that it took every fiber in my body to NOT get up and walk out about a third of the way through.
If you're wondering what the storyline is, the basic plot is that a few flies end up hitching a ride in the space shuttle to the moon along with Buzz Aldrin (who makes a special appearance at the end of the movie) and it's the neatest adventure they've ever had. Whole family is proud of them ... and then pretty much the movie ends.
Little kids will probably like it but that's about it.
